SOS Meals on Wheels is hosting a new volunteer advocacy series in 2026 for those passionate about supporting homebound food-insecure seniors.  

  • Address: 1620 18th St, Oakland, CA 94607. 

  • Purpose: Volunteers will share their passion for helping older neighbors and discuss strategies to broaden advocacy for homebound seniors. 

  • Atmosphere: A "fun-filled" social coffee event designed to gather and connect community advocates.
